4x4 Without A Club

Paul Rock is an Emergency Medical Technician with Royal Berkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust. When he is not on duty responding to 999 calls on an ambulance, he volunteers to be called out from his home in Thatcham as part of the Ambulance Services First Responder scheme. The aim of this scheme is to get life saving care to the scene of an emergency as quickly as possible whilst an ambulance is on the way and utilizes a number of staff volunteers and members of the public. This is especially important in some of the rural areas of West Berkshire. As Paul is a member of the club, we along with The Tyre Bay (Thatcham) are Hoping To Help towards the cost of a Two Way Radio, so that he can communicate directly with all the Emergency Services to provide updates on the patients condition. 4x4-withoutaclub Ltd also support the Air Ambulance as their nominated charity.
